Clevie Thompson

Clevie Lee Thompson, age 57 of Leitchfield, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Norton Hospital in Louisville. He was born June 16, 1957 in Leitchfield, the son of Joe and Dolly (Alvey) Thompson. He is survived by his fiancAC., Claudia Lindsey of Leitchfield, six sisters, Delena Hawkins, Mary Troxell, Ann Haysley, Lois Fuqua, Sandra Green and Robin Wilson, two brothers, Randall and Louis Thompson. Other than his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Cleveland and Eddie Thompson and three sisters, Joanne Petty, Lorene Crowe, and Peggy McMichael. Funeral services will be held at 12 (noon), Monday, June 1, 2015 at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Chapel in Leitchfield with Bro. Earnest Smothers officiating. Burial will be in the Thompson Cemetery in Cub Run, Kentucky. Visitation will be held Sunday after 3:00 p.m. and Monday from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
