Clifton Tarry

Clifton R. 'Vandy' Tarry 76 of Glasgow died Saturday, February 3, 2007 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. Born in Barren Co. he was the son of the late Will & Lucy Morgan Tarry. Mr. Tarry was of the Baptist faith and a farmer in Barren County. Survivors include his wife Gunell Christy Tarry of Glasgow; 2 sons Dennis Tarry (Violet) of Glasgow and Doug Tarry (LaVonna) of Scottsville, KY; a daughter Darlene Lockett (Gary) of Hardyville, KY; 5 grandchildren Scott Tarry, Randy Tarry (Sarah), Tarry Lockett, Bucky Creeger and Ashley Tarry; 2 great grandchildren Eve and Rendy Tarry; a brother Hughie Tarry of Glasgow; 2 sisters-in-law Blondell Emberton and Jean Tarry both of Glasgow and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00am Thursday, February 8, 2007 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 4:00pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
