Creed Denham

Creed Chapman Denham 98 of Glasgow died Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at home. The Barren County native was the son of the late Fred and Mary Chapman Denham. Creed was a farmer and a member of Union #2 Missionary Baptist Church. He was a veteran and served in the U. S. Army during WWII. He is survived by 3 children Terry Denham (Patsy), Harold Denham (Sharon) both of Glasgow and Arlene Vincent (Danny) of Sweeden, KY; 4 grandchildren Greg Denham, Leigh Hagan, Brian Bass and April Johnson; 2 step-granddaughters Missy Truitt and Julie Vincent; 11 great-grandchildren Morgan, Taylor, Tyler, Shelton, Briley, Bryce, Lauren, Brayden, Caleb, Olivia and Ruthie; and 3 great-great-grandchildren Addison, Kinsleigh and Kaydence. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Mary Alice Lewis Denham, a granddaughter Leslie Bartley, his brother Lansford Denham and sister-in-law Hazel Denham. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, November 27th at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Union #2 Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4:00 PM Saturday.
