Deborah Smith

Deborah Kay Smith, age 56, of Clarkson, passed away Sunday, February 19th 2017 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville. She was born April 22nd 1960 in Grayson County, Kentucky, the daughter of Woodford & Jeanette Mattingly Decker. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Smith of Clarkson, her mother, Jeanette Decker of Leitchfield, two sisters, Joanne Carroll of Caneyville & Karen Mattingly of Leitchfield, two brothers, Ricky Decker of Leitchfield & Neil Decker of Clarkson, a niece Kim Claffey of Illinois, as well as several other nieces and nephews, and her mother-in-law, Martha Smith of Hardinsburg, IN. She is preceded in death by her father, Woodford Decker and one brother Darrell Decker. Cremation was chosen in lieu of burial. A memorial service will be held at a later date.A
