Delbert W. Hemingway 71 of Glasgow, died Sunday August 20, 2006 at his home. He was born in Tell City, Indiana the son of the late Roy and Ora Turner Hemingway. He was a former crane operator for the B.F. Goodrich Company in Louisville. Mr. Hemingway was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police in Louisville, a member of Hays Lodge #517 F&AM and Past Master of the Cave City Lodge #790. He is survived by his wife Doris Perkins Hemingway; 2 sons John Stewart and wife Debbie of Louisville and Michael Wayne Stewart stationed with the U.S. Navy; 3 brothers Larry Hemingway, William Earl Hemingway and Leroy Hemingway; 2 sisters Jean Grimes and Nora Agnes; 4 grandchildren Hugh and Jim Constant and Michael and Ciaria Stewart; 2 great grandchildren Cole and Lilly Constant. He was preceded in death by a daughter Patricia Ann Constant and two brothers Donald and Ernest Hemingway. Funeral services with masonic rites will be held 10:00am Wednesday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Bethany Memorial Park & Cemetery in Louisville. Visitation will be after 5:00pm Tuesday at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
