Delia Riddle

Delia Eliza Byrd Riddle 84 of Glasgow died Sunday August 14, 2005 at the NHC Health Care in Glasgow, She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Fred & Eula Chapman Byrd and the wife of the late Erbie Riddle. Mrs. Riddle was a former employee of Handmacher Manufacturing and a member of the Siloam Baptist Church. Survivors include 3 sons James Riddle of Indianapolis, IN, Robert Riddle and wife Lula Belle of Glasgow, and David Riddle and wife Carole Kaye of Glasgow; 1 daughter Shirley Steenbergen and husband Bobby of Nicholasville, KY; a daughter-in-law Arbezella Riddle; a son-in-law Glen Madison; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 1 brother Eldon Byrd and 2 sisters Marie Morgan and Emma Garner; Several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to her husband and parents she is preceded in death by 2 sons Kenneth Riddle & Stanley Earl Riddle; 1 daughter Betty Sue Madison; a daughter-in-law Bernice Riddle; a grandson Michael Riddle and 2 brothers Cleon & Leon Byrd. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Tuesday August 16, 2005 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens, Visitation will be after 4:00pm Monday at the Funeral Home. expressions of Sympathy may be made to the Siloam Baptist Church or to your Favorite Charity.
