Rondal 'Chicken' Lloyd 67 of Glasgow, passed away peacefully at his home Friday, August 26, 2011 to spend eternity with Jesus. Mr. Lloyd was born in Cumberland County on July 29, 1944 the son of the late Roy Lloyd and Dorothy Fields Lloyd Butt who survives. He was retired production assistant for SKF and a farmer. Mr. Lloyd attended the Glasgow First Assembly of God Church. Besides his mother he is survived by his wife of 48 years Betty Gray Lloyd; 2 sons Wayne Lloyd and Doug Lloyd (Suzanne) both of Glasgow; 1 daughter Aimee Greer of Glasgow; 5 grandchildren Amber Rose of Los Angles, CA, Whitney Kays (Keith with the U. S. Navy) of Virginia Beach, VA. Justin Rose, Hailee and Audree Greer all of Glasgow; 5 brothers Franklin Lloyd (Brenda Collins) of McQuady, KY, Don Lloyd of Glasgow, Terry Lloyd (Linda) of Columbus, IN, Michael Lloyd ( Cassandra) of Union City, IN; Jerry Lloyd (Connie) Union City, IN; 2 sisters Linda Thomas of Tulsa OK, Carol Stapleton of Union City, IN; mother-in-law Elsie Gray of Albany; Sister-in-law Sherry Lloyd of Huber Heights, OH; 1 uncle Clifton Lloyd (Becky) of Glasgow, 1 aunt Nina Giles (Scott) of Phoenix, AZ; special niece Renee' Polston; 3 sisters-in-law Barbara Polston, Geneva Matthews (Freddy) and Mary Harris (Paul) all of Albany, KY; 3 brothers -in-law Don Gray (Dean), Kenny Gray ( Lois) and Billy Gray (Vanessa) all of Albany, KY; several nieces nephews and cousins along with a host of friends also survive. Funeral services will be held 1PM Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 1PM Monday, August 29, 2011 at the funeral home.
