Dixie James

Dixie Wade James 86 of Glasgow died Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at Diversicare of Glasgow. Born in Glasgow, she was the daughter of the late Jabez and Etta Barbour Wade and wife of the late Paul Kenneth 'P.K' James. Mrs. James was a member of the First Christian Church in Glasgow. She is the mother of Judith (Edward) Hatchett, Glasgow, and Paula (Walter) Haines, Louisville; Grandmother of Kellye Nadile Soto, Panama City Beach, FL, and Griff (Jade) Nadile, Glasgow, Catherine Hatchett, Frankfort, Elizabeth Hatchett (Jonathan Kempf), Louisville, James Edward Hatchett, Frankfort Great-Grandmother of Jamesanna Soto and Manny Soto, Panama City Beach, Florida Jaleia Hatchett, Frankfort Brooks, Nash, and Tess Nadile, Glasgow, Hatchett and Everly Kempf, Louisville Mrs. James chose cremation and burial of her cremains in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Memorial services may be scheduled at a later date. A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home is assisting the family with her arrangements.
