Donald H. Lee, age 70 of Leitchfield, passed away Wednesday, October 5th 2016 at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield. He was born September 12th 1946 in Grayson County, Kentucky, the son of Howard Francis Lee & Johanna Mildred Dean Lee. He was a teacher and coach for the baseball, basketball, track & field, and cross country teams for Leitchfield & Grayson County High Schools. He is survived by his wife, Diane Lee of Leitchfield, four children, William Douglas Lee of Birmingham, AL, Jason Deweese Lee of Knoxville, TN, Donna Lee Fortson of Birmingham, AL, & ElizabethLee Meredith of Leitchfield, one brother, William Dean Lee of Leitchfield, thirteen grandchildren, Parker, Anna Corinne, Ethan, Isaac, Amelia, Jules, Ma`eva, Ellison, Kate, Will, Ian, Jack, & Nohl, and a host of cousins. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Douglas Milburn Lee. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday (October 8th 2016) at the Leitchfield United Methodist Church with Rev. David Harting officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Friday at the churchA and from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Saturday at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Leitchfield United Methodist Church.
