Donna Petruzzi

Donna Carole Button Petruzzi formerly of Glasgow, KY died Friday, June 19, 2009 at the Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. Donna was the daughter of the late Elbert Wayne and Ora Hume Button. Survivors include her son Peter Petruzzi, Jr. (Wendy); 1 sister Wanda Button Kinslow (Leslie); nephews Kendall Kinslow (Monica), Kyron Kinslow (Kelly); 2 great nieces and a nephew Courtney, Kyle and Kinley Kinslow. Also surivivng are very special friends and caregivers Susan and Johnny Pruett. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 from 1PM until 8 PM at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of memorail contributions to the American Cancer Society
