Donna Turner

Donna Marie Yuda Turner 55 of Glasgow, KY passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016 surrounded by her family at University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington. Donna was born in New City, New York October 23, 1961 to Margaret and the late John Joseph Yuda, Sr. Donna obtained her nursing degree from Western Kentucky University and took pride in working as a nurse at T. J. Samson Hospital for 34 years. She was married to the late Ricky Turner of Glasgow. Donna was an avid cook, had a tremendous love for her animals and enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her mother Margaret Schwartz Yuda of Hodgenville; siblings, John Joseph Yuda, Jr. (Linda) of Louisville, Frank Yuda (Dale) of Tell City, IN, Peggy Yuda Newton (Joe) of Hodgenville; 9 nieces and nephews and 10 great nieces and nephews. Donna is also survived by her step-daughter Angie Pennington (Jason) and step-grandchildren, Hunter and Caroline Thompson. Donna will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Her wonderful spirit will be celebrated through a memorial service 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 11th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
