Doris Etherton

Doris Etherton 84 of Glasgow died Monday, May 30, 2011 at the Barren Co. Health Care Facility. Born in Barren Co. she was the daughter of the late Robert Lee & Mattie Lee Houchens and wife of the late Earl Etherton. Mrs. Etherton was a a homemaker and a member of the Beech Grove Baptist Church at Beckton. Survivors include 2 sisters Lavada Edwards and Helen Davidson both of Glasgow; a brother Tony Houchens of Louisville, KY and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a sister Dorothy Dickerson. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Beech Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5:00pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
