Doris Hemingway

Doris Jean Hemingway 79 of Glasgow died Tuesday August 30, 2011 at Cal Turner Extended Care Facility in Scottsville. She was born in Shelby County, KY the daughter of the late Harve Perkins & Cecelia (Berry) Perkins. Mrs. Hemingway was a Waitress for most of her life and was a member of Valley Station Baptist Church in Louisville. Survivors include 2 sons John Stewart of Louisville, KY & Michael Stewart of Norfolk, VA; 3 grandchildren Jim Constant (Jane) of Bowling Green, KY, Ciara Stewart & Michael Stewart both of Louisville,KY. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a husband Delbert Hemingway and a daughter Pat Constant. Funeral services will be 10:00am Friday September 2, 2011 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Bethany Memorial Cemetery in Louisville. Visitation will be after 4:00pm Thursday at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
