Doris Turner

Allene Turner 80 of Cave City, KY died Sunday, November 4, 2012 at the Trevecca Health & Rehab Center in Nashville, TN. Born in Green County she was the daughter of the late David and Helen Christine Curry Kidd and the wife of the late Edmond Lee Turner. Mrs. Turner was a homemaker, a former employee of Caverna Elementary School and member of the Cave City Church of Christ. Survivors include 3 daughters Brenda Self (Larry) of Cave City, Barbara Phillips (Randy) of Nashville, TN and Wanda Smith (Bobby) of Antioch, TN; 2 sons Terry Turner (Diane) of Rockvale, TN and Larry Dean Turner (Bobbi) of Pegram, TN; 4 grandchildren Eric Self (Crystal) of Smiths Grove, KY, Katrina Self of Cave City, Amanda Carnahan of Lebanon, TN and Cody Turner of Murfreesboro, TN and 1 great grandchild Merick Self of Smiths Grove, KY. She was preceded in death by a sister Verlene Hardy and 2 brothers Joe and Randall Kidd. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Cave City Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
