Earl Wood

Earl Wayne Wood 65 of Glasgow died Monday, March 26, 2007 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born in Los Angeles, CA he was the son of the late Ernest Harold and Ila Fay Hall Wood. Mr. Wood was a retired employee of the Civil Service and Vietnam veteran serving in the Army and Marines receiving several medals of honor. Mr. Wood was also a member of the Columbia Ave. Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife Sandra Martin Wood, 2 daughter Pam Bean of Glasgow, Debra Busby and husband Jim of Arkansas, 1 son Michael Wood and wife Melissa of California, 2 sisters Jane Stanley husband Jerry and Cheryl Jackson and husband Jim both of Kansas, 1 brother James wood of California, 8 grandchildren, 6 step children and 10 step-grandchildren also survive. Memorial services will be held 1PM Thursday March 29, 2007 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 12 Noon on Thursday until time for services.
