Edith Bertram

Edith Atkinson Bertram 92 of Glasgow, KY died Wednesday Sept. 8, 2004 at the Glenview Health Care Facility in Glasgow. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Ish and Minnie Bridges Atkinson. She was a former teacher in the Barren County rural schools system and had retired from the Tennessee Transportation services as an executive aide in Road Way Design. She was a member of the Beech Grove Baptist Church. Miss Bertram is survived by a sister Anna Myers of Horse Cave and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers Henry, Ishmeal and Wendel Atkinson. Graveside funeral services will be held at the Beech Grove Cemetery on Friday Sept. 10, 2004 at 2:30pm. Visitation will be at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home on Friday from 12:00pm until 2:00pm.
