Edith Chism

Edith Cleon Chism 93 of Glasgow died Friday, November 06, 2015 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was born in Barren County, the daughter of the late Jim and Fannie Belle Baldock. Mrs. Chism was an employee at Handmacher for 40 years and was a member of the Glasgow Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Marsha Blevins and husband Jeff of Glasgow; 2 grandchildren Wes Gentry and wife Emily and Mikayla Blevins all of Bowling Green; a brother Loyd Baldock of Louisville and her special friend and caregiver Connie Francis. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Chism and several brothers and sisters. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, November 8th at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 4pm until 8pm at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home and Sunday morning until time for the service. Alternate expressions of Sympathy may be made to the Gideons International. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
