Edith Emberton

Edith Elmore Emberton 80 of Greenwood, IN and formally of Glasgow, died Tuesday January 2, 2007 in Greenwood, IN. She was the daughter of the late Yetman and Eartie Cook Elmore. Ms. Emberton was retired from the Owen-Mathis ICI Chemical Plant in Clarksville, IN. Survivors include her children; William L. Emberton of Greenwood, IN, Robert P. Emberton of Clarksville, TN, Cathy L. Rickett of Rockville, IN and Shane Emberton of Las Vegas, NV; 2 brothers Dennis Elmore of Floyd Knobs, IN and Richard Elmore of Louisville, KY; a sister Allie Seales of Louisville, KY; 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A sister, Thelma Elmore preceded her in death. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Thursday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Caney Fork Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 11am until time for services at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
