Edith Tracy

Edith A. Tracy 87 of Glasgow died Friday, January 2, 2015 at the Barren County Health Care in Glasgow. Born in Barren County she was the daughter of the late Howard and Hattie Whitley Furlong. Mrs. Tracy was a homemaker and a former employee of LifeSkills Inc. She was a member of the South Fork Baptist Church. She is survived by six children, Ann Houchens of Franklin, KY, Glenn (Sandra) Tracy of Scottsville, Phillip (Jackie) Tracy, Tommy (Cindy) Tracy, Terri (Roger) Mercer and Sherri (Derand) Hagan all of Glasgow; 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, and a sister-in-law Nettie Pearl Furlong of Glasgow. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Barney Tracy, 2 brothers Jerry (Harriet Lee) Furlong and Billy Furlong and a granddaughter Misty Page. Funeral services will be 11am Monday, January 5th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin at 12:00 Sunday.
