Edna Chapman

Edna Virginia Chapman 78 of Glasgow died Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born in Barren Co. she was the daughter of the late Mitchell & Virgie Gibson Spears and wife of the late Clifton Chapman. Mrs. Chapman was a former Cook in the Glasgow School System. Survivors include a son Darrell Glen Chapman (Marla) of Glasgow, a sister Rosie Higgs (Shelby) of Louisville, KY, a daughter-in-law Geraldine Chapman of Glasgow and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son Jerry Chapman, a sister Vinnie Decker, 3 brothers Robert, Jr. & Russell Spears and a granddaughter Angel Chapman. Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday, May 5, 2006 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3:30pm Thursday at the funeral home.
