Edward Carney

Edward Denton Carney 72 of Glasgow, died Wednesday May 14th at the NHC Health Care Facility in Glasgow. He was born in Edmonson County, the son of the late William and Myrtle Davis Carney. He was a member of the Cedar Springs United Baptist Church and was retired after 34 years from Desa International in Bowling Green. Survivors include his wife Barbara Baise Carney; 2 sons Troy Carney of Smiths Grove and Kevin Carney of Park City; 5 daughters Debora Carney of Indianapolis, Pam Carney of Glasgow, Dana Kupper (Brad) of Indianapolis, Tonya Archey (David) of Glasgow and Anna Blair (Tony) of Glasgow. He is also survived by 4 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Saturday May 17, 2008 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin at 10:00am Friday.
