Elizabeth Athelyne Hester

Athelyne J. Hester 81 of Etoile, KY died Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at her home. She was born at Lamb, KY the daughter of the late Homer and Lillian Bewley Johnson. Mrs. Hester was a homemaker and a former employee of Mallory Capacitor in Glasgow. She attended the Antioch Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband Gary; 2 step sons Scott Hester (Cassie) and Josh Hester (Lisa Eldridge) both of Etoile; 4 step grandchildren Caleb, Landon, Katelyn and Payton Hester; her God children Jenna Runyon (Steve) of Etoile, Tonya Ross (Marty) of Glasgow, Rhonda Tracy (Mark) of Fountain Run and their children Keaton Runyon, Zachary and Zoie Ross, Melissa and Markayla Tracy and a sister-in-law Judy Thompson of Sevierville, TN. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband W. L. 'Bud' Wisdom, a brother Fred Johnson and two sisters Wilma (Claude) Carter and Marie Fink. Funeral services will be 2pm Thursday, April 30th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Antioch Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1pm Wednesday.
