Elizabeth Lapinski

Elizabeth Anne Lapinski 71 of Glasgow, died Thursday May 17, 2007 at the West Meade Place Nursing Home in Nashville, TN. She was born in Waynesburg, OH the daughter of the late Glenner and Emma English Monticue. Mrs. Lapinski received her B.A. Degree from Kent State University in Ohio. She was a former president of the Newcomers Club in Glasgow and was active in several bridge clubs here. She was a former church and school secretary and was a member of the Glasgow First Presbyterian Church. She is survived by 1 daughter Jody Gregory (Ronnie) of Nashville; 1 son Craig Calhoun of Houston, TX; a granddaughter Taylor Gregory of Nashville and a sister Clara Theil of Canton, OH. She was preceded in death by her husband Anthony 'Tony' Lapinski, a daughter Kay Elizabeth Calhoun and a brother Norman Monticue. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday May 20, 2007 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
