Elsie Mosby

Elsie Mae Mosby of Glasgow, KY died Monday, December 13, 2010 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born in Barren County she was the daughter of the late Wade and Lizzy Rich Moragn and the wife of the late William D. Mosby. Mrs Mosby was a retired seamstress with Glasgow Pants Factory and of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include 1 daughter Joan Haley of Glasgow; 1 granddaughter Janet Dobson and husband David of Glasgow; 2 great grandchildren Jerimie Peden (Mary Jo) and Micah Peden both of Glasgow; 3 great great grandchildren Jessica, Jaden and Daniel all of Glasgow; 3 step-great-great grandchildren LaCota, Cheyanne and Lily; 1 brother Jewell Morgan and wife Marie of Hiseville; several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by 1 son William D. Mosby, Jr; 6 brothers and 3 sisters. Funeral services will be held 1PM Thursday, December 16, 2010 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1PM Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at the funeral home.
