Elsie Wood

Elsie Opal Wood 90 of Glasgow died Saturday December 8, 2012 at the Glenview Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Earl Durham and the late Lela Britt Durham. Mrs. Wood was a homemaker and member of Concord Baptist Church. Survivors include her son Steve Wood of Glasgow; 1 brother Max Durham (Betty) of Austin; several nieces & nephews also survive. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Carlos H. Wood & 4 sisters Thelma Durham, Shirley Durham, Mabel Eaton & Audrey Wyatt. Funeral services will be 10:00amTuesday December 11, 2012 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the union #1 cemetery in Ft. Run, Ky. Visitation will be from 4:00pm until 8:00pm Monday at the funeral home.
