Emmet Gantz

E. Duane Gantz 85 of Glasgow, died Saturday, May 29, 2010 at the NHC Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. He was born in Alliance, OH the son of the late Emmet H. and Ruth Williams Gantz. Duane was a veteran serving in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He moved to Glasgow in 1969 while employed with the Tyson Bearing Co. and in 1979 moved to Florida as an employee of Valenite/GTE. After retirement in Florida, he kept active as a volunteer for businesses and organizations until his recent move back to Glasgow. His wife, Betty Montler Gantz preceded him in death this past December. He was a member of St. Helen
