Eugene Compton

Eugene A. Compton 83 of Glasgow died Friday, November 25, 2005 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. Born in Metcalfe Co. he was the son of the late William J. & Kizzie Ethel Kinser Compton. Mr. Compton was a retired farmer. Survivors include his wife Clara Compton of Glasgow; a brother Leonard Compton of Columbus, IN; 10 nieces and nephews Dessie Compton Dial of Bowling Green, KY, Dorothy Brown Robertson of Glasgow, Judy Crossland Michael of Bloomfield, IN, Dennis, Cathy & William Crossland all of Columbus, IN, Kimberly Price, Lisa Wilson, Bryan Robertson and Clay Robertson all of Glasgow. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by 2 sisters Rosie Compton Crossland and Elsie N. Compton Cross and 4 brothers Johnny, Carl, Clyde & Lindsey Compton. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Saturday, November 26, 2005 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00am Saturday at the funeral home.
