Eula Norris

Eula S. 'Poodle' Norris, 81, of Glasgow, died at her home Friday, July 24th, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Odell and Rosa Griffin Cummings. Mrs. Norris was a homemaker and was a member of the Trinity Nazarene Church in Glasgow. She is survived by two sons: Gary Thomas Norris and wife Leona and Ronald Dwayne Norris and wife Debbie, both of Glasgow; five grandchildren: Felicia (Joe) Montgomery, Marchelle (Dave) Forish, Rauni Rene Norris, Cynthia Denise (Mike) Lowe, and Jennifer (Spencer) Clemmons; 11 great-grandchildren; three brothers: Donald Lee Cummings, Johnny Cummings and Billy Odell Cummings and several nieces and nephews. Also surviving are Sarah Abston and Kelli Jo Jackson. She was preceded in death by her husband James T. Norris; four sisters Margaret Johnson, Mary Rogers, Peggy Shock, and Carolyn Hutchison and two brothers, Bruce Tarter Cummings and Joe Frank Cummings. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday July 26, 2009 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4:00pm Saturday at the funeral home.
