Ewell Carver

Ewell Fielding Carver 95 of Glasgow died Friday, May 28, 2004 at the Caverna Memorial Hospital. Born in Barren County he was the son of the late Fielding and Golie Settles Carver and the husband of the late Bettye Graven Carver. Mr. Carver was a farmer and retired employee of Sharp Bedding in Glasgow and member of the East Main United Methodist Church. Survivors include 3 sons Robert E. Carver and wife Brenda of Glasgow, William S. Carver and wife Diane of Bowling Green and Ellis Carver and wife Fannie of Smiths Grove, 1 daughter Frances Sikes and husband John of Bowling Green, 1 brother Muriel Carver of Cave City, 1 sister Pauline Carver of Glasgow, 9 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 step great grandchild also survives. In addition to his parents and wife he is preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held 10AM Monday, May 31, 2004 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Bristletown Cemetery. Visitation will after 11AM Sunday, May 30, 2004 at the funeral home.
