Fannie Lucille Fields 82 of Glasgow died Sunday, October 17, 2004 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born in Cumberland Co. she was the daughter of the late J. J. Cross & Annie Pearl Bruton Cross and wife of the late Lewis Fields. Mrs. Fields was a member of the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and attended the Brotherhood Freewill Baptist Church. Survivors include 1 son Mark Fields & wife Norma of Temple Hill; 7 daughters Ann Gass of Shepardsville, KY, Joyce Kinslow & husband Bobby of Glasgow, Patricia Delk & husband Muncie of Glasgow, Brenda Harper & husband Raymond of Glasgow, Kaye Matthews of Glasgow, Nancy Pence & husband Ronnie of Elizabethtown, KY and Stonetta Bowles & husband Kendall of Glasgow; 1 brother Cletus Cross of Lafayette, IN; 16 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she is preceded in death by 2 sons Larry and Jessie William Fields, 1 daughter Rosie Maupin, 1 grandson Tim Gass and 2 son-in-laws Bobby Gass and Wayne Matthews. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Tuesday, October 19, 2004 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the New Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:30pm Monday at the funeral home.
