Frances Alt

Frances Ruth Alt 84 of Glasgow died Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the NHC Health Care facility in Glasgow. Mrs. Alt was born in New Albany, IN the daughter of the late Hershel and Deltha McKim Young and wife of the late Robert Loyd Alt. Mrs. Alt was a homemaker and a volunteer in ministry for Jehovah's Wittnesses. She is survived by two daughters Sue Wells (Eric) of Glasgow and Sharon Garrett (Ben) of Frankfort, KY; three grandchildren Dana Adams (Tim) of Covington, Nicholas Wells (Elizabeth) of Glasgow and Justin Wells (Cierra) of Glasgow; a great grandchild Adaline Wells; a brother James Young and a sister Ruby Losure both of Columbus, IN. Mrs. Alt chose cremation and a memorial service will be held 3:30pm Saturday, April 18th at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses on Trojan Trail in Glasgow. A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
