Frances Maxine Mcmurtrey

Maxine Sims Glover McMurtrey 94 of Glasgow, KY died Saturday, April 29, 2017 at NHC Healthcare in Glasgow. She was born in Metcalfe County the daughter of Cordell and Florence Demunbrun Sims. She was a member of South Green St. Church of Christ. Mrs. McMurtrey is survived by her daughter Suzanne Rush and husband Byron of Louisville; 2 grandsons Bruce (Tonya) Rush of Indianapolis, IN and Todd (Carla) Rush of Louisville; 4 great-grandchildren Hillary (Will) Schickel, Madeline Rush, Trenton Rush and Carson Rush. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by husbands, Raymond Glover and Roy Lee McMurtrey. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, May 4th at Edmonton Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 until 12:00 at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
