Frances Shaw

Frances Murl Shaw 93 of Glasgow died Friday, December 5, 2014 at the NHC Healthcare facility in Glasgow. She was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Sarah Ellen Syra Shaw and wife of the late Erwin Abney. Ms. Shaw was a retired L.P.N. at T. J. Samson Hospital and was a member of the Columbia Ave. Church of Christ. She is survived by two daughters Hazel Coop (Joseph) of Glasgow and Helen Maxine Shoopman (Lonnie) of Greenwood, IN; 4 grandchildren Steve Coop (Julie) of Glasgow , Todd Coop (JoBeth) of Bowling Green, Pam Mathes (Eddie) of Indianapolis, IN and Lisa Shoopman of Fishers, IN; 6 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren; a sister Mildred Lowe of Glasgow; a sister-in-law Edna Shaw of Glasgow and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a sister Evalee (Nelton)Garmon and a brother Douglas Shaw. Funeral services will be 1pm Monday, December 8th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday from 4pm until 8pm and Monday morning until time fo the service.
