Frankie Ranes

Christine Wood Ranes 76 of Glsagow, Kentucky died Wednesday February 16, 2005 at her home. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Albert and Irene Jenkins Wood and she was the wife of the late Tracy Ranes. Mrs. Ranes was retired from the Mallory Company where she worked for 26 years. She was a member of the Union #1 Baptist Church. Survivors include 1 son 'Ray' Lester Ranes and wife Tammy of Cave City, KY; 1 daughter Geraldine Ranes Tarry and husband James of Glasgow; 1 brother Jimmie Wood and wife Faye of Glasgow; 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Two sisters Mary Louise Wood and Clarice Wood preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Friday February 18, 2005 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 6:00pm Thursday at the funeral home.
