Garry Mattingly

Garry Davis Mattingly 57 of Horse Cave died Sunday July 30, 2006 at his home. He was born in Breckenridge County, KY. He was an employee of Walmart Tire and Lube Express and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of Vietnam. He is survived by his Wife Teena Mattingly; his mother Avonell Davis Mattingly of Louisville; a son Garry Davis Mattingly II of Louisville; 3 step children Frances Lazrovitch (Chris Madden) of Berea, KY, Amanda Smith of Horse Cave and William Fleitz of Horse Cave; 2 step grandchildren Nora and Megan Madden; 1 brother Larry Gene Mattingly (Dorinda) of West Virginia and 2 sisters Brenda Felts (Larry) of Bowling Green and Joyce Goodrich of Texas; several nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation will be after 12:00pm Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with cremation to follow. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
