George Crisp

George Edward Crisp 68 of Glasgow, KY died Thursday morning Sept. 9, 2004 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was born in Sandy Hook, KY the son of the late George and Prudia Horton Crisp. Mr. Crisp was a self employed carpenter and was a member of the Coral Hill Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Wanda; 3 daughters Regina Fay Bunch and husband Mark R. of Glasgow, Pamela Jo Staples and husband Mitchell of Glasgow and Diedre Barnett and husband Tony of Monterey, TN; a step daughter Tina Webb of Glasgow; 1 brother John Crisp and wife Shirley of Anderson, IN; 2 sisters Thelma Hackleman of Anderson, IN and Amanda Crisp of Sandy Hook, KY and 8 grandchildren, Charity Richardson and husband Kevin, Candida Brown and husband James, Eddie Staples, Sara Bunch, Daniel Bunch, Tiffany Barnett, Miranda Wilson and Ben Morgan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Avery Crisp and 3 sisters Ruby Crisp, Audrey Fannin and Juanita Farmer. Funeral services will be 1pm Saturday Sept. 11, 2004 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Caney Fork Cemetery at Etoile. Visitation will be after 11am Friday at the funeral home.
