Georgia Syck

Georgia Beatrice Syck 73 of Glasgow died Saturday August 28, 2004 at her home in Barren County. Born in McDowell County, W.Va. the daughter of the late Charlie and Cosby Roberts Hagerman. Mrs. Syck was a homemaker and a member of the Freewill Baptist Faith. Survivors include her husband Charles Hughes Syck; 2 sons; Barry Vance and wife Hortense of Tompkinsville, Ky and Marvin Vance of St. Paul, IN. 1 daughter; Delores Jenkins of Bainbridge, IN. 4 brothers; Shelby Hagerman and wife Alta of Austin, Ky, Emery Hagerman and wife Phyllis of Pesmo Beach, CA, Ira Hagerman and wife Maxine of Jolo, W.Va., John Hagerman of Anderson, IN. 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren also survive. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by 1brother; Herbert Hagerman. 2 sisters; Flossie Hagerman and Victoria Hagerman. 2 grandchildren; Brittany Leeann Jenkins and Robert James John Clayton Jenkins and 2 great grandchildren; Brandon Bristow and Taylor Robert. Funeral services will be 3:30pm Monday August 30, 2004 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5:00pm Sunday at the funeral home.
