Geraldine Glass

Geraldine Flowers Glass 71 of Glasgow died Monday, February 08, 2016 at her home after an illness. She was the daughter of the late Hubert Dennie Flowers and Dixie Mae Short. Geraldine was the office manager for Larry Glass Construction Company and the bookkeeper for other family businesses. She was a member of the Refuge Church of Christ at Eighty Eight, KY and for 21 years was involved in the Ukraine Mission work. She is survived by her husband Larry T. Glass; son Larry D. Glass and wife Charlotte Demunbrun Glass of Glasgow; daughter Sherry Glass Thompson and husband Samuel Adam Thompson of Glasgow; 5 grandchildren Dean Glass and wife Meg of Double Springs, AL, Connor Glass of Bowling Green, Nelson Glass of Lexington, Mahalie and Dena Thompson of Glasgow; a great grandchild Kellen Kirk; an adopted granddaughter Mahogany Morrison of Summer Shade; two brothers Dallas and James Flowers of Glasgow; a sister Jessie Mae Lawson of Louisville; one Aunt Earlene Jordan and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 5 brothers David, Danny, Terry, Jerry and Dennie Ray Flowers and 3 sisters Delores Harper, Duetta Joyce Flowers and Ellen Mae Flowers. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, February 11th at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2pm until 8pm, Wednesday from 10am until 8pm and Thursday morning until time for the service.
