Gladys Morrison

Gladys Helen Morrison 83 of Glasgow died Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was born in Barren County, the daughter of the late Thomas Edward and Ersie Ethel Lyons Austin. Ms. Morrison was a former employee of Mallory Capacitor Co. and was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by 4 children Gary Morrison and wife Enid of Scottsville, Joan Isenberg, Vicki Morrison and Starla Buckley and husband David all of Glasgow; a sister Margie Ann Gentry and husband Charles Wayne of Etoile; 10 grandchildren Kenneth E. Morrison, Kevin D. Morrison, Gary D. Morrison Jr. (Crystal Hunter), Cassondra L. Lowe (Randy), Angela C. Morrison, Kenika Withrow (Chad), Tammie Isenberg, April Russell (Drew), Brent Morrison and Tori Buckley; and 8 great-grandchildren Makayla and Madison Lowe, Bretta Stice, Brandy Kelley, Clay and Gavin Withrow, Jentry Bowles and Ellah Russell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Cleve Edward Austin, a sister-in-law Reba Jewell Austin and a son-in-law Kenneth C. Isenberg. Funeral services will be 3pm Friday, April 5th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 2pm until 8pm and Friday from 8am until time for the service.
