Glenn Ford

Glenn Ford, age 66, Dawsonville, GA passed away August 16th, 2014 at the Royal Living Personal Care Home in Dawsonville. He was born on August 10th, 1948 in Louisville, the son of the late Lonard and Alma Christine (Jordan) Ford. Glenn served in the Marines and received the Purple Heart Medal for his service in the Vietnam War. He is survived by one son, Adam Ford of Louisville; two sisters, Geneva Ellsberry of Nebraska and Brenda Biggs of New Albany, IN; five brothers, Norman Ford of Florida, Tony Ford of Cumming, GA, Richard Ford of Tennessee, Dwight Ford of Ohio and Wayne Ford of West Virigina and several nieces and nephews. Other than his parents, Glenn was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanne Ford and one brother, Edward whom was killed on duty as a police officer in 1962. Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 20th at 1:00 pm at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville. Glenn
