Glenna Dempsey

Glenna Arlene Dempsey, 88, of Glasgow died Friday, September 30, 2016 at the Cumberland Valley Manor in Burkesville, KY. She was born in Garfield, ME, May 7, 1928 the daughter of the late Lyman and Freida Staples Graham. Glenna Lived in Maine for 40 years before moving to Bristol, CT where she lived for 40 years. She then moved to Kentucky in 2010, where she attended Fairview Baptist Church. Glenna enjoyed traveling, fishing and adored animals. Survivors include 2 daughters Diana Lundberg (Kenneth) of Pittsburg, NH and Robin Lassy of Dubree, KY: 1 son Donald Roix (Patricia) of Nottingham, NH: eight grandchildren Kimberly Campbell, Kenneth Lundberg III, Gregory Roix, Kristy Melucci, Michelle Lassy, Daniel Lassy, Sarah Glines and Megan Lassy: 10 great grandchildren: 4 brothers Clyde Graham of AZ, Willard "Bill" Bragdon of ME, William Graham Nichols of TN and Bernard Graham of ME: 3 sisters Virginia Jones of NH, Pauline Graham and Janice Graham both of ME. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband John Robert Dempsey, son Douglas Roix, 2 brothers Robert Graham and Bernard Graham, 2 sisters Laurel Graham and Elizabeth Graham. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, October 3, 2016 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 5:00pm until 8:00pm at the funeral home.
