Hallie Folden

Hallie Mae Folden 86 of Glasgow died Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born in Barren Co. she was the daughter of the late Willie F. & Josie Murrell Jackson Houchens and wife of the late Elvis Clayton Folden. Mrs. Folden was a member of the Caney Fork Baptist Church. Survivors include a son Nick Folden of Austin, KY; a grandson John Folden (Brandi) of Columbia, KY; a granddaughter Jennifer Strode (John) of Glasgow; a sister Joyce England of Louisville, KY; 7 great grandchildren Cory, Michael, Zack & Heather Folden and Christopher, Jacob & Ashlee Strode; several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to her parents and husband she is preceded in death by a sister Bernice Ritter and 2 brothers Willie D. & Leroyce Houchens. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Thursday, September 28, 2006 at the Caney Fork Baptist Church with burial in the Caney Fork Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:00pm Wednesday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
