Harmon Johnson, Jr.

Harmon H. Johnson, Jr. 81 of Glasgow died Saturday, November 19, 2016 at NHC of Glasgow. He was born in Slick Rock, KY the son of the late Harmon H. Johnson, Sr. and Lorena Poore Johnson. Mr. Johnson was a self-employed painter and retired from the Glasgow Fire Department after 29 Years of service. He was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife Teresa Poynter Johnson of Glasgow; 1 son Ronnie Johnson of Bowling Green; 2 stepsons Chris Holley (Amanda) of Glasgow and Jonathan Holley (Roberta) of Cave City; 3 step grandchildren Christopher Murrhee, Cody Holley and Nathaniel Lang all of Glasgow; 3 step great grandchildren; 2 brothers Larry Johnson of Nashville and Clura Johnson (Joyce) of Glasgow. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by 2 sisters Betty Gibbons and Gail Steen; 1 sister in law Cheryl Johnson. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Tuesday November 22, 2016 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Cave City Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5:00pm Monday at the funeral home and on Tuesday until time for services.
