Harry Abner

Harry Palmore Abner 73 of Glasgow, died Thursday at T. J. Samson Hospital. The Barren Co. native was the son of Virgil and Cassie Glass Abner and his wife was the late Jean Bringham Abner. He was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church and a former employee of RC Cola and Big G Fertilizer Co. Survived by a son Paul (Diana) Abner of Edmonton; 5 grandchildren Jessica Edwards, Crystal Tomblin, Ricky Perkins, Melinda and Whitney Abner all of Edmonton; 4 great grandchildren; a brother Billy Abner of Seymour, IN and 2 sisters Sara Smith and Shirley Walden of Columbus, IN. Graveside services will be 2pm Sunday at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery at Slick Rock. Visitation will be at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home after 4pm Saturday and on Sunday until time for services.
