Hazel Grizzle

Hazel Dean Grizzle 81 of Glasgow died Monday at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was born in Allen County the daughter of the late Robert and Mattie Bell Elmore Smith. She was a retired Nurse Aid and formerly employed by NHC Health Care and Glasgow Health and Rehabilitation. She was a member of the Grider Memorial Baptist Church. Survivors include 2 daughters; Janet (Earl) Mitchell of Glasgow and Jean Crowe of Gamaliel; 1 granddaughter Heather Crowe; 2 brothers Bill and Robert Smith, Jr. of Indiana; 3 sisters Minnie Hicks, Mary Jean Smith and Donna Smith all of Indiana and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Raymond Grizzle. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Cedar Cross Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5pm Wednesday.
