Hazel Hume

Hazel Burgess Hume 90 of Glasgow died Sunday December 18, 2005 at the Glenview Health Care Facility. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Lunsford 'Lump' and Mayme E. Burgess. Mrs. Hume was a homemaker and was a member of the New Salem United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of 69 years Herman Hume; 1 brother Clarence Burgess and wife Rosemary of Moonachie, NJ; nieces and nephews Royce (Sue) Burgess of Glasgow, Virginia (Larry) Settle of Glasgow, Douglas (Robin) Burgess of New Jersey and Lonnie Burgess of New Jersey. Several great nieces and nephews also survive. In additon to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Clayton Burgess. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Tuesday December 20, 2005 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 3:00pm until 8:00pm and on Tuesday until time for services.
