Hazel Thomas Ballard

Teddy Ballard, 77, of Glasgow, passed away Monday, February 14, 2022, at his residence. He was born in Edmonton, KY on November 2, 1944, to the late Wiley Martin Ballard and the late Nina Pearl Vibbert Ballard. Teddy was a self-employed wrecker driver and member of the Locust Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Teddy was loved by all that knew him and will be dearly missed. Survivors include two daughters, Loretta Lynn Combs (Homie), Tonya McClellan (Kendell Shaw); two sons, Teddy Lee "Bear" Ballard (Connie), Matt Ballard (Elizabeth); grandchildren, Thomas Ballard, Marlena Johnson, William Dalton, Angela Dalton, John Combs, Destiny McClellan, Dakota McClellan "Cody D", Landon J. Ballard, Bridgett Green, and B. J. Green; 14 great grandchildren; siblings, Mattie Wilkerson, Martha Coomer, Zeba Thomas, Leonard Ballard, Brenda Vincent, Joe Ballard, Luke Ballard. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Lou Ella Emmitt Ballard; daughter, Lisa Ballard Green; son, Thomas Wayne Ballard; siblings, Frankie Ballard, Johnny Ballard, Amos Ballard, Richard Ballard, Fredda Lou Ballard, and Fannie Lee Ballard. Funeral service will be 12:00pm Friday, February 18th at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
