Herman Turner

Herman T. Turner 97 of Glasgow and a former Columbus, Indiana resident, died August 9, 2008 at NHC Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. He was born in Monroe County, the son of the late Wyatt and Nettie Hall Turner. Mr. Turner was retired after 23 years with the Cummins Engine Company in Columbus, IN. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He is survived by a son Darrell Ted Turner (Wanda) of Columbus, IN; 5 grandchildren Anita Mellinger, Craig Turner, Doug Turner, Denise Duncan and Brent Turner and 9 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Ruie Dickerson Turner and a son Harley Turner. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Wednesday August 13th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until time for the service.
