Hershel Ragle

Hershel Lee Ragle 77 of Glasgow died Wednesday June 4, 2014 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. He was born in Glasgow, KY the son of the late Norman Oloh Ragle and the late Mayme Alice Britt Ragle. He was a former employee of Sydney Bunnell Construction Company as a dump truck operator and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include 4 sons Nathan D. Ragle of Glasgow, David L. Ragle of Glasgow, Roger A. Ragle of Tompkinsville & Jerome C. Ragle(wife Bonnie) of Glasgow; 4 Brothers Gerald Russell Ragle of AL., James 'Jimmy' Oloh Ragle (wife Joan) of Glasgow, Steven Paul Ragle (wife Kathy) of Glasgow & Johnny Daniel Ragle of Glasgow; 7 sisters Norma Jean Hale (husband John Jr.) of Glasgow, Mayme Ruth Smith of Glasgow, Marian Lois Akin of TX., Wanda Joyce Smith of Glasgow, Juanita Kirby of Glasgow, Beverly Ann Thomas (husband Jerry Lee) of Glasgow & Betty Jo Landrum (husband John) of Glasgow; 4 grandchildren Michelle Ragle Kennie, Christy Ragle Stinson (husband Mike), Tina Huff Humphrey (husband Roger) & Jeremy Clark Ragle; 6 great grandchildren Nathan Austin Asher, Dustin Lee Asher, Wesley Scott Kennie, Ryan Alexander Kennie, Sierra Myrna Humphrey & Cayla Rena Humphrey; several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Dorothia Helen Runyon and a daughter Myrna Lee Huff. A Graveside service will be 2:00pm Saturday June 7, 2014 at the Bristletown Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday June 7, 2014 from 11:00am until time for service at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
