Horace Paul Billingsley

Horace Paul Billingsley 88 of Glasgow died Tuesday October 1, 2013 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. He was born in the Kino Community of Barren County the son of the late Onie and Millie Slaton Billingsley. Mr. Billingsley was a Milk Hauler for Carnation Dairy for 27 years, a farmer and avid horse lover. Survivors include 2 daughters Karen Sue Emberton and husband Jim of Versailles, KY and Kathy Barrick and husband Jimmy of Glasgow; 3 sons Jerry Paul Billingsley and wife Angie of Lancaster, Kelly Lane Billingsley and wife Loria of Glasgow and Kerry Lynn Billingsley and wife Melissa of Glasgow;10 grandchildren Julie Emberton Wilsher and husband Marshall, Amy Emberton Tabor and husband Michael, Jathan 'Jake' Barrick and wife Angela, Kara Beth Wilson and husband Tim, Joshua Paul Billingsley, Amber Lynn Billingsley, Dakota 'Cody' Billingsley, Kaylee Brooke Billingsley, Megan Rae Billingsley and Brendan Luke Billingsley; 5 great grandchildren Corey Meade & Maicey Alexandra Wilsher, Colten James & Carson Wayne Wilson and Michael Anthony Tabor, Jr.; 2 brothers Johnny Billingsley of Glasgow and George Billingsley of Bowling Green; 2 sisters Marie Goode of Glasgow and Mary Ruth Hickman of Newark, OH. Several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Maxine Davis Billingsley; 3 brothers Howard, Holman and Charlie Billingsley and 1 sister Margaret Huffman. Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday October 5, 2013 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 11:00am Friday at the funeral home
